HEC provides access to trained Financial Aid Administrators. These staff members have been trained by our seasoned FAA. With a combined 50 years experience our training staff goes over customer service, federal regulations, team building, professional judgment, etc. HEC staff have over 80 hours paid training. Over 25% of training time is dedicated to customer service.
